If you want to stay healthy it is recommended that you complete 150 minutes of physical activity per week through a range of activities.
Some of this time could be taken up by making some simple life changes that help you integrate physical activity into your everyday life. Like walking or cycling to work or grabbing your trainers and hitting the road in the evening. For some though, motivating yourself is difficult.
That’s why we can help you meet your 150 minutes by running a range of group activities for adults to take part in. These are a great way to stay motivated and will help you get fit and healthy whilst having a great time.

Are you wanting to get fitter? If so our personal trainers can help. Our personal trainers provide a personalised service that meet your needs in a safe and structured way.   Whether you are training for you first triathlon or just wanting to become healthier, our personal trainers can help. In your first session our personal trainers will develop a road map to help you achieve your success. Together you will develop SMART objectives that enable you to make the most of you. As the weeks progress they will provide you with a variety of activities that keep you motivated, engaged and on track!
